About Us

Michael spent five years working as a mechanic on the Kanmantoo mine site in Strathalbyn. It was there that he learned the maintenance philosophies that drive MMM Mechanical today. The company was founded in March 2019 with the goal of applying successful maintenance systems from the mining sector to the agricultural sector. 

Our philosophy centers around preventative maintenance. We believe preventative maintenance is the key to keeping machinery efficient and reliable. This keeps you productive and profitable. 

Michael utilises his extensive expertise to provide exceptional service to our customers throughout Mildura and Robinvale. As a Qualified Diesel Fitter of 17+ years, he got his start in Mildura with GBC Motors. His apprenticeship specialised in New Holland Machinery repairs and OMC almond machinery. 

His training extends to the engineering field, in which Michael holds a Certification IV. He worked in field service for Hastings Deering Caterpillar in Toowoomba before continuing to the mining industry with EMECO. 

He and his wife returned to their hometown Mildura and began their new journey with MMM Mechanical. Our mission is to transfer knowledge from the mining industry to the agricultural field and beyond, while building strong customer relationships and optimising machine productivity.
